ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE’S ILLUSTRATIVE VISION OF NEW YEAR’S DECORATIONS ON THE THEME OF GEORGIAN DANCES

The purpose of the article is to reveal the form-making, compositional and artistic features of the images of New Year’s toys created by artificial intelligence in December 2025 based on traditional Georgian motifs. Considerable attention is paid to the variety of plots, the artistic specificity of the ornamental painting of such artistic glass objects that do not yet exist in nature. The original features of the visualized projects of such products, which have not yet been mastered by any of the Sakartvelo enterprises, are emphasized. Parallels are drawn with the works of individual glass New Year’s toy factories in different regions of Ukraine of the early 21st century, comparing certain real achievements of the industry in this sector. Modern trends in form-making in the specified field are revealed, as well as technological achievements of this direction of activity of individual studios and workshops, traditional figurative solutions of small plastic arts based on the motives of world dances and the Caucasus itself, taking into account the decoration of products with decorative and plot painting. The main idea of the study lies in the aesthetic appeal and perfection of artistic images of dances of different regions of Georgia of the beginning of the 21st century, designed by artificial intelligence. The research toolkit is based on a set of principles, approaches and methods. In particular, the principle of pluralism of creative concepts, art historical and design approaches, axiological, hermeneutic, ontological, semiotic, comparative, historical and cultural, cultural creative, cross-cultural, typological, as well as the method of art historical analysis were used. Among the key tasks of the research, attention is focused on an attempt to present to the community the ideas of artificial intelligence regarding the production of Christmas decorations in Georgia at the beginning of the 21st century, given the lack of authentic images in the products of this area of the country; comparison of projects of works on the theme of Georgian dances in a New Year’s glass toy with other types of small plastic arts with similar plots; understanding of ways to decorate products with attractive decorations that meet the requirements for the design of the works and the traditions of the production of such items. In order to reveal the artistic specificity of artificial intelligence-designed Christmas tree decorations, the products of European and Asian manufacturers of this product segment, which are presented on the Georgian market, are characterized, which do not emphasize the local mentality. The need to root modern Christmas decorations of the specified country in local sources of inspiration is proven, for which Ukraine’s experience in this area, acquired over the past decades, can be used. It is emphasized that some highly artistic artificial intelligence projects developed for Sakartvelo should become a source of inspiration for industrial glass toy production in other regions of Asia and Europe, in particular, Ukraine, where exotic characters always arouse stable interest of consumers.
